Ordering goes via the online cart. Buying and viewing of our products is possible to all users of the website. The cart is being filled by simply clicking on the BUY icon, located next to each product. Before sending the order you must fill all the blank fields with your information. The posted cart with all the information and selected products is considered as your order. We will once again contact you by email or phone to supply you with the information of the availability of the goods.
These prices are in €. The prices are valid at the time of placing the order. All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are only valid for purchases in Porim d.o.o. online store and may differ from the regular price in the store Nautic Color, Cesta solinarjev 2, 6320 Portorož.
Pictures on the website are symbolic and do not always reflect the full facts! We try to minimize the errors on the web site as little as possible, but it can happen and it could be in both prices and descriptions. We reserve the right to change prices and descriptions without prior notice. In case of error, found only at your fulfilled order, we will contact you via email or phone and provide you with a corrected offer.
The process of purchase:
After the confirmation of the order, the customer receives via e-mail a notice of a received order, specifying the products, prices and shipping costs. The invoice is send to the customer only after the money has been transferred to the account of the company Porim d.o.o.. The customer is informed of any individual actions by email or phone.
Supply of goods:
Supply of goods from stock in 2-3 working days. If the goods at the time of your order are not in stock, we will announce you the probably delivery time in response to your order. During the holiday season, holidays and weekends the delivery time may be extended.
Ordered products may also be personally picked up in our store Nautic Color, Cesta solinarjev, 6320 Portorož-Portorose, or dispatched by mail to the desired - agreed address.
If the payment option of paying at the delivery was selected the shipping fee would be as it is on the pricelist of our contractual partner of postal services. For orders over €200, your shipping costs will not be charged (for Slovenia).
Payment terms – Payment options:
In our stores (personal acceptance) you can pay with cash or credit cards.
In case of delivery of goods by mail order, it is possible to pay only with cash.
Therefore it is also possible to pay a preliminary invoice via bank transfer account.
Cancellation of the order:
In the case of cancellation of the order and return of the goods subject to the general conditions and applicable legal provisions of returning the goods listed in the 43rd Article of the Consumer Protection Act, which provides:
"For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer is entitled to within 15 days written notice to cancel the contract, without having to state a reason for its decision. This period starts the day following delivery of the goods. "
In the event that the consumer has received the goods and cancel the contract, the goods intact and in the same quantity dispatched to the seller within 15 days following the notification referred in the preceding paragraph, unless the goods are damaged, corrupted, lost, or its quantity is reduced without the fault of the consumer. A resign of the contract is also considered if the consumer within 15 days of receipt of goods returns the items to the seller. The cost of returning the goods is subject to the consumer.
Return damaged shipments:
In the event that the delivery consignment was physically damaged, it lacks content or shows signs of opening; the buyer must initiate the claim process with the carrier. We recommend you to inform us about the damaged shipment immediately by telephone 00386-5-6778333 or 00386-5-6775295.
Please take the consignment to the nearest unit delivery service in the same condition as you received without opening, adding or removing content and fill the reclamation record for compensation.
